Consider It Done is a NASMM Certified Senior Move Manager, and Dementia Friendly organization, meaning we are fully trained and experienced in the practical and emotional considerations that accompany this life transition.
As we transition through the different stages of life, our priorities and needs change. This is especially true as we reach our senior years and consider aging in place, downsizing or transitioning to an assisted-living environment.
We understand the specific factors that are critical when working with our senior loved ones, and as such safety and ethics are our top priority.
We treat all our clients with the dignity and respect they deserve, with a focus on the practical implications for senior living and aging in place.
We work closely with Senior Communities to obtain floor-plans ahead of time so we can plan a furniture layout that works for our clients. This can be particularly helpful in the case of those living with dementia.
We also coordinate safety updates such as grab bars and ensure correctly positioned shelving for ease of access, and work to resolve any maintenance issues ahead of time.
